How Do I Go About Returning My Item(s)?
If you would like to return your items, please contact us at support@vulosa.com and a customer support agent will walk you through our returns process.
If 24 hours have past since the placing of your order, please wait to receive your package before requesting a refund, as all orders are sent into fulfillment 24 hours after an order is placed.
Our Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, we are unable to provide a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@vulosa.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
